The RFP Manager system has changed the way we do business, now and for the first time, customers are alerted via email and RSS feed when the City issues a Request for Proposal (RFP). Customers can even see who else has downloaded the RFP so that they can work together on submitting proposals, this is a win-win for the City and the consultants.
As with any software program, the key is quality of technical support- New Web crew has never failed to respond to a call for help, and usually resolve any issues the same day they are reported…the technical staff are very knowledgeable.
